Schneider National, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Diesel Technician for on-site work in Sparks, NV. You will perform repairs on trucks, containers, and trailers, serving as the on-site maintenance representative with a service truck provided.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, inspections, diagnoses, and status updates with customers. Travel to on-site customers is required; a technical degree or two years of diesel experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in diesel technology or related field, or 2+ years diesel technician experience.
• Welding skills and experience.
• Valid driver's license and can meet Schneiders DMV record standards.
• Valid DOT medical card or able to attain it within 30 days.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

Senior Mobile Diesel Technician -

Job Number:

261284 - Full-time Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

• Mainly work outside the shop as a Senior Mobile Diesel Technician in Sparks, NV.
• Perform all minor and major repairs on trucks, containers and trailers.
• Be supplied with a service truck and serve as the on-site maintenance representative.
