Job summary

OXIO is seeking a Senior Mobile Core Architect to lead the design and deployment of our cloud mobile core platform. You will work on STP, HLR/HSS, SMSC, and interconnections with providers, plus analytics dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in core telecom networks, strong SIP/RTP, 3GPP/ITU standards, Linux, and hands-on Wireshark. Excellent English and ability to work with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the core network domain with mobile networks.
• BSc in Telecommunication or Computer Science; post-graduate studies are a bonus.
• Strong experience with SS7, Sigtran, Diameter, GGSN/PGW, IPX, etc.

Responsibilities

• Configure STPs, DRAs, HLR/HSS, SMSC, SGSN, GGSN/PGW, SBC, and related equipment.
• Develop and use dashboards to identify issues and patterns quickly.
• Follow incident communication procedures with internal and external teams.
• Lead telecom interconnection implementations with providers.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, perform security audits, and respond to emergencies.
• Wireshark tracing to debug issues; occasional on-call shifts.
