Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Mobile Architect to define and lead the mobile architecture across iOS, Android, and Flutter for next-gen MedTech products. You will architect cross-platform solutions, design BLE/NFC device integrations, and drive secure, scalable mobile systems in a regulated healthcare setting.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise, leadership across mobile teams, and a focus on reliability, performance, and compliance with medical-device standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software/mobile development with mobile architecture experience or 8+ years with advanced degree.
Hands-on iOS development with Swift/SwiftUI and Android development with Kotlin.

Responsibilities

Define and lead mobile architecture strategy across iOS, Android, and Flutter.
Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions across teams.
Design scalable BLE and NFC integrations with medical devices.
Ensure security, compliance, and robust CI/CD for regulated environments.
