United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Mobile Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Flutter mobile app architecture, integrating AI components while enhancing developer workflows and quality practices.

You will collaborate with AI, product, design and backend teams to deliver a scalable, maintainable, high-performance product; mentorship and cross-team coordination are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Several years of production-grade mobile app experience with architectural responsibility.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Mobile DevOps experience including CI/CD setup and app store deployment.
• Interest in harnessing AI within the mobile platform.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile application's architectural integrity, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Develop and improve shared components, libraries and essential tools for mobile development.
• Embed best practices to foster a high-quality, productive engineering culture.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate agentic/AI models into the mobile platform.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams for unified user experiences.
• Identify and resolve performance issues for a fluid user experience.
• Establish and promote testing protocols (unit, integration, UI).
