Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance leader to develop and manage Mexico-focused policies, oversee monitoring and reporting, and coordinate regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong risk management, AML knowledge, and the ability to advise cross-border teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Fluent English and native Spanish are essential, with a minimum of 10 years in compliance roles and a professional certification in compliance risk

Qualifications

• Proven interest and/or experience in the fintech sector.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in risk, fraud, compliance, AML or regulatory function.
• Professional certification in compliance risk management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Proficiency with compliance applications and programmes.
• Native Spanish and fluent English are a must.

Responsibilities

• Development and management of Mexico's compliance policies and processes.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate various foreign regulatory filings.
• Review internal compliance policies and conduct ongoing assessments and audits.
• Assist in developing training materials and monitoring statistics.
• Provide recommendations to enhance systems, controls, and processes.
• Maintain records evidencing compliance efforts and FIU coordination.
