Qualifications

• Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps and production ML systems.
• Experience deploying ML in highly specialized domains (life sciences or process engineering).
• Must hold unrestricted US work authorization and be able to work 3 days onsite weekly in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Operationalize ML models into OT and API manufacturing workflows with real-time quality controls.
• Build low-latency microservices and scalable serving architectures for live production use.
• Lead governance, CI/CD, and enterprise ML standards across teams.
