Job summary

Xenon7 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the architectural design and hands-on execution of production ML systems for a life sciences client. You will build scalable MLOps pipelines and model integration APIs, collaborating with process engineers and researchers to deliver low-latency, enterprise-grade solutions.

This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Indianapolis and unrestricted US work authorization, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps, production ML deployment, and infrastructure scaling.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust, production-grade MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for continuous model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
