Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active TS/SCI CIP
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience developing machine learning models
• Proven experience with generative AI techniques and large language models
• Strong data exploration, feature engineering, validation, and refinement
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with model lifecycle management and monitoring for bias and fairness

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to support intelligent products.
• Prototype scalable predictive, classification, and optimization solutions.
• Integrate modern generative AI techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
