Qualificações

• 10+ years designing, building, and deploying AI/ML in production.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing.
• Hands-on production experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI; API/microservice development.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and inference.
• Develop advanced AI/ML applications using Python and industry frameworks.
• Operationalize ML models via MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, microservices, and scalable AI services.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability; integrate LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and vector DBs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
• Provide technical leadership and SME guidance across AI initiatives.
