Scale is seeking a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Research Scientist focused on Agents in San Francisco. You will prototype and scale ML models, work with LLMs, and translate research into production-ready systems. Strong publication history and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, cloud-enabled experimentation, and collaboration with the ACE team to advance agent-based AI capabilities at Scale.

Competenze

• Published research in top ML venues (ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
• At least three years addressing sophisticated ML problems in research or product settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Prototype and validate novel ML approaches for autonomous agents and LLMs.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to ship practical ML systems.
