Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Machine Learning and AI in its Card Intelligence team in the McLean area. The role focuses on leading ML-driven product initiatives, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI-powered marketing and acquisition solutions.

The candidate will own long-range ML infrastructure and model-delivery roadmaps, align with business outcomes, and translate customer insights into prioritized strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define clear, actionable problem statements and mandate iterative delivery of ML solutions.
• Use customer insights to shape priorities, road-maps, and to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Own and prioritize three-year ML infrastructure and model-delivery road-maps tied to business outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify success metrics, risks, and determine when not to pursue initiatives.
