• Own three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps linked to business outcomes.
• Identify leverage points in complex systems and define success metrics with data.
• Balance risk and innovation while guiding design decisions with tech partners.
• Collaborate with technology teams on architecture for scalable solutions.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to Tech partners and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Deliver reusable capabilities and spot opportunities when metrics dip.
