Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management (PXDP50) to lead ML infrastructure and AI-driven product initiatives in New York. You will partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions that impact customer experiences and business outcomes.

You'll define problem statements, prioritize roadmaps, and translate strategy into concrete deliverables while coordinating across stakeholders and Agile ceremonies to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience with data engineering problems, ML infrastructure, MLOps or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define clear problem statements guiding iterative software delivery.
• Leverage customer insights to shape priorities and roadmap development.
• Own three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
• Identify leverage points in complex problems and use data to define success metrics.
• Collaborate with technology teams on design decisions for white space problems.
• Share strategy and roadmaps with Tech partners and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Deliver reusable capabilities and monitor key metrics for ongoing value.
