Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Card Intelligence in Chicago. You will partner with data scientists and engineers to shape ML-enabled customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will define problem statements, translate insights into roadmaps, and own three-year ML infrastructure plans while collaborating with tech partners and leading agile ceremonies to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing or three years PM experience required.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• Familiarity with ML infrastructure, MLOps and data engineering beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define clear and actionable problem statements to guide iterative software delivery.
• Leverage customer insights to shape priorities and roadmaps and align stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
• Identify leverage points in complex systems and use data to define success metrics.
• Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with Tech Lead and cross-functional teams.
