Job summary

Teya is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join our Data team and shape the future of our ML platform. You will maintain and build growing ML use cases for batch and real-time decision making, contributing to platform architecture and engineering standards.

You will deploy and operate ML workloads, improve automation across the lifecycle, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver reliable production solutions. Strong Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with a managed ML platform such as SageMaker or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge deploying containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with model-serving platforms, inference services, or backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform, services, and tooling to deploy, serve, and operate ML models in production.
• Deploy and operate ML workloads across the ML infrastructure.
• Improve automation across the ML lifecycle, including packaging, deployment, monitoring, and release processes.
• Maintain and improve reliability and observability of the ML platform and model-serving services.
