Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for the Prime Video ML Platform to build scalable ML platform services and enable rapid model iteration. The role emphasizes state-of-the-art ML capabilities, distributed systems, and production-grade infrastructure for Prime Video personalization at scale.

You will collaborate with scientists, product managers, and engineers to deploy breakthroughs, mentor juniors, and drive innovations across Movies, TV, Live Sports, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications.

Responsibilities

• Building ML platform services with Tier-1 availability and performance characteristics.
• Evolving the model serving and feature delivery infrastructure for continuous experimentation.
• Designing and scaling training pipelines, real-time inference systems, and feature stores.
• Partnering with Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering stakeholders to translate research into production-grade platform capabilities.
