Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, math, or equivalent field of study.
• 10+ years building and operating ML engineering systems in production, owning large, complex spaces.
• Deep expertise in data science, deep learning algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Experience owning architecture across a significant platform or product domain.
• Proven track record delivering quantifiable ML improvements and driving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture of the N&E ML platform across Disney brands.
• Drive ML lifecycle improvements including personalization and recommendations.
• Lead incident response and establish reliability and observability programs.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-organizational standards.
• Align ML initiatives with business outcomes and measurable guest experiences.
