Moveworks is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and scale ML infrastructure powering LLMs and AI agents for enterprise customers. The role emphasizes end-to-end production readiness, performance, and reliability across training, evaluation, and deployment.

You will collaborate with data engineering, ML researchers, and product teams to push the boundaries of agentic AI, reduce latency, and improve model serving for hundreds of ML and NLP models in production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in machine learning, infrastructure or related fields.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or HuggingFace.
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end ML systems.
• Experience building scalable microservices and ETL pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and optimize scalable ML infrastructure for training, evaluation, and deployment of large language models.
• Build abstractions to automate various steps in ML workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build new features and improve ML platforms.
• Drive best practices in ML and data engineering.
