Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML capabilities. You will own end-to-end technical initiatives, drive experiments, and advance LLM-based solutions in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.

The role emphasizes scalable production ML systems, strong Python development, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied ML/AI experience with ownership of systems from design to production.
• Ability to drive complex projects end-to-end in evolving product environments.
• Strong Python programming for production ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience building scalable data and inference systems.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals including transformers and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning functionality to enable intelligent engagement and personalized customer experiences.
• Lead end-to-end technical initiatives from concept to production.
• Design rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Advance LLM research and practical implementation for real-world use cases.
• Develop scalable ML services capable of real-time inference and high-volume workloads.
• Promote high engineering standards through design reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with business goals.
