Job summary

Apple Services Engineering (ASE) seeks a hands-on program manager to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale ML and GenAI features within Apple Media Products. You will lead strategic planning, definition of scope, timelines, and resource allocation, while collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, and Anti-Fraud teams.

This role requires 5+ years of PM experience across the ML lifecycle, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience coordinating ML projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end ML projects from data acquisition to deployment.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field or relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale ML/GenAI programs within Apple Media Products (AMP).
• Define roadmaps, gather requirements, manage timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations to define product roadmaps.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders at all levels.
