You will own research, model design, evaluation, and production rollout for next-generation AI systems in intelligent code generation. The role emphasizes scaling distributed training, safety, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact customer capabilities.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, AI or related field with 5+ years post-doc/industry experience or MS with 10+ years experience.
• 3+ years developing Large Language Models for program synthesis or DSLs
• 2+ years agentic AI for developer workflows
• 3+ years Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• 3+ years translating research prototypes into production systems with deployment and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research and deployment of next-generation AI systems for intelligent code generation.
• Define the roadmap for agentic GenAI enabling models that reason, plan, self-correct and integrate with tools.
• Advance DSL-aware code synthesis for developer experiences powered by LLMs.
• Drive scalable distributed training and inference balancing performance, latency and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to translate AI breakthroughs into customer capabilities.
• Mentor a high-performing research team and foster scientific rigor and delivery excellence.
