RTB House is seeking a skilled engineer to develop and maintain the ML training platform and the bidding infrastructure for production ML models. You will identify bottlenecks and optimize core system components to ensure reliability and scalability.

You will benchmark Big Data and ML technologies, contribute to performance testing, and collaborate with a global team. Remote cooperation or office in Warsaw/Cracow available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing complex IT systems.
• Ability to develop user-friendly, versatile tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, or Scala) and Linux.
• Strong ability to evaluate and optimize system performance end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Initiative and creativity to improve existing solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within and across teams.
• C1 level in Polish.
