Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Math/Stats or related field.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning; experience with Transformer and GNN architectures.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Go; familiar with distributed computing (Spark, Flink) and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic architecture and governance for TikTok US across key risk domains.
• Develop high-precision risk representations from multimodal data to enable cross-scenario risk detection.
• Research and counter global adversarial threats and design self-evolving defense systems.
• Drive integration of Generative AI/LLMs into risk lifecycle for scalable enforcement.
