tvScientific is the leading CTV advertising platform powering performance marketing with data-driven insights and automated optimization. We seek a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to build ML systems for real-time bidding, campaign optimization, and uplift measurement at scale.

You will train and deploy models, design new AI-driven products, and mentor a distributed engineering team. 4+ years of industry experience and strong production Python skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience in ML/engineering roles.
• Strong production Python skills and ability to ship in production environments.
• Experience with RTB, programmatic advertising, or adtech/CTV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write production Python that powers real-time bidding, model training, and campaign optimization.
• Train, deploy, and monitor ML models for ad selection and pricing at scale.
• Build and improve incrementality measurement systems to quantify causal lift of spend.
• Design and implement ML products across the ad-buying lifecycle: targeting, bidding, pacing, attribution.
• Use LLMs and generative AI to build internal tools that accelerate development, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor on a distributed engineering team.
