Job summary

Nexxen is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the Applied Data Science group. You will build real-time performance optimization infrastructure and ML solutions for programmatic ads.

Responsibilities include developing scalable services, optimizing ad scoring and bidding, designing algorithms, and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines. Requires 5+ years in AdTech with Java/Python/Scala and TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years engineering experience at a leading AdTech vendor.
• Strong AI/ML expertise with practical deployment.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Scala.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Aerospike, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Data processing tech (Spark, MapReduce).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build applied data science infrastructure for real-time performance optimization.
• Develop high-performance, large-scale services for programmatic integrations.
• Apply AI/ML to improve real-time ad scoring and bid optimization.
• Design ad algorithm architecture and scalable data analysis approaches.
• Develop end-to-end algorithms and model development pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; troubleshoot production issues.
• Operate in an Agile environment.
