Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
• 3+ years of experience in Ads ML (targeting, ranking, or measurement).
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with real-time ML inference and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate ML results into product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for ads targeting and ranking.
• Develop ML solutions such as identity graph to enhance ad targeting.
• Build and optimize ad ranking models for campaign objectives (e.g., app installs, link clicks).
• Improve ads targeting using on-platform and off-platform signals.
