Job summary

TensorOps is seeking a Mid/Senior ML Engineer to guide technical direction across client engagements and mentor a growing team of junior ML engineers. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and take systems from prototype to production.

You'll work directly with clients, design, train, deploy, and monitor ML models (RAG, embeddings, GenAI) on cloud platforms and contribute to internal best practices while growing with a fast, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ML/AI or 5+ years for Senior
• Hands-on Python production-quality code
• Experience deploying ML models on AWS/GCP/Azure

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production ML and LLM systems
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from prototyping to deployment
• Translate business needs into scoped, shippable solutions
• Mentor ML engineers through code reviews and guidance
• Shape internal tooling and best practices
• Represent TensorOps in client conversations and workshops
