Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI applications that blend backend systems with generative AI. You will own architecture, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI-powered solutions, shipping software used in production to drive measurable business value.

Hybrid role near Boston, with 3 days onsite. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of backend development, strong programming skills in Python/Java/Go, and hands-on experience

Formación

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience deploying machine learning or LLM-powered solutions in production environments.
• Experience building APIs, services, and scalable distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern software architecture.
• Experience monitoring, evaluating, and improving AI system performance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
