Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG systems with various retrieval strategies.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with deploying ML services and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable ML solutions with emphasis on NLP and RAG architectures.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and expose service APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI and ensure production readiness.
