Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior ML engineer to bring AI onto the factory floor of a maritime defense production division in Costa Mesa, CA. You will build the platform that turns inspection, root-cause and document problems into working AI tools.

You will design and run the end-to-end ML platform, from training to deployment, and build model serving for cloud, edge devices, and the shop floor. A U.S. Person required with Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software.
• Degree in CS/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• MLOps, Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Docker and Kubernetes, time-series data, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the end-to-end ML platform, from training to deployment.
• Build model serving for cloud, edge devices and the shop floor.
• Turn factory problems into AI workflows with human review built in.
• Integrate with PLM, MES and ERP systems.
• Set model governance and drift monitoring, and share on-call duty.
