RTX Aviation Intelligence seeks a Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) to develop next-generation ML models for Foresight products, improving runway times and taxi durations. You will work on large datasets, experiment with deep learning frameworks, and collaborate in an agile team to deliver impactful aviation insights.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks: Tensorflow/Keras or PyTorch
• Experience with complex data types: time series, image, video, etc.
• Ability to work within an agile development style

Responsibilities

• Build ML models for FlightAware?s Foresight product suite and improve existing models.
• Work with large datasets and implement efficient, scalable ML pipelines.
• Collaborate in an agile team to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Experiment with time-series and image/video data to deliver predictive aviation insights.
