Job summary

Typeface, based in Palo Alto, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build ML models and Generative AI–driven web applications for enterprise marketing.

You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to design, train, test, and deploy scalable ML systems that power content generation across text, image, audio and video. The role requires 5+ years of ML experience and cloud platform expertise (AzureML, GCP Vertex, AWS SageMaker). Hybrid in-office three days a week.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building and scaling ML training/inference systems.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AzureML, Vertex AI, SageMaker).

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for generation of content types (text, image, audio, video).
• Own delivery of key business, product and technology initiatives across design, specification, development, testing, and launch.
• Establish and implement processes for model training, fine-tuning, testing, and operating the Generative AI models at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, product and business teams to drive product growth.
