Job summary

T-Mobile in Frisco, TX seeks a Senior ML Engineer to lead enterprise-scale ML and GenAI systems, including data ingestion, model training, and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure. You will design pipelines, implement MLOps, and guide autonomous AI agents with RAG for business apps.

Experience with large language models, RAG, NLP, and knowledge-graph integration is required, along with a Master’s degree and multi-year relevant work history. Telecommuting is permitted with on-site days.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise ML and GenAI systems.
• Architect end-to-end ML pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents with RAG for enterprise apps.
• Establish MLOps standards: CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring.
• Evaluate GenAI technologies and advise on roadmaps.
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers; collaborate with partners.
