Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA is seeking a Senior ML/AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize ML/AI solutions for our IT organization, bridging development and production ownership to deliver durable, production-grade capabilities.

You will work across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, and Snowflake Cortex AI to deploy end-to-end models and agents, build MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and collaborate with enterprise data teams to ensure trusted, governable AI across Teradyne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of ML/AI or software engineering experience, incl. production systems.
• Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into ML/AI solutions for IT.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI models.
• Build and operate MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and CI/CD.
• Establish model governance, monitoring, and retraining criteria.
• Mentor engineers on ML/AI and foster data-driven culture.
