Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Embedded Insights team. You will build ML-powered features for a consumer-facing app and help establish product-market fit for a new business line, translating ambiguous requirements into production-grade models with measurable customer value.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and customers to deploy models, define success metrics, and maintain model health across updates,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, including deploying models in production.
• Ability to analyze large and complex financial datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience taking ML systems from experimentation through production and ongoing improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus data visualization and analysis tools.
• Able to communicate complex technical decisions to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build machine learning-based features for a 0-to-1 consumer-facing product.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into ML problems and influence product strategy.
• Iterate rapidly to drive product-market fit for a new business line.
• Define success metrics and guardrails for new ML features with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other ML engineers to build data feedback loops and productionize models.
