Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, ML or related STEM field.
• 4+ years building and delivering ML models for large-scale internet projects.
• Proficient in C++/Java/Python with strong coding skills and ML/DL platform familiarity.
• Experience in ecommerce/fraud/risk control with fraud detection or anomaly models.
• Strong critical thinking, data-driven decision making, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Invent, implement, and deploy ML models to mitigate business risks in TikTok e-commerce platforms.
• Utilize representation learning, graph models, deep learning, and transfer learning to improve detection efficiency.
• Monitor key risk metrics and adjust strategies to drive risk governance.
• Analyze massive user data to build robust models with better recall and generalization.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to counteract malicious activities on the platform.
