Job summary

Draper is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement ML, AI, and data science tools across diverse R&D projects in areas such as data-intelligence, generative AI, and predictive maintenance. Candidates with PhD and up to 1 year experience will be considered.

The role requires strong ML/AI development skills, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to learning new technical skills while delivering high-quality results. A US Government Security Clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops AI models to meet project requirements.
• Analyzes and improves AI model performance.
• Applies ML and deep learning to enable computers to visualize, learn, and respond to complex situations.
