Job summary

Sword Health seeks a Senior ML Engineer, AI Solutions (Greek-speaking) to design and deliver AI agents and LLM-powered features in a remote Greece team. You will integrate new models, build benchmarks, and ensure observability while shaping our AI platform and practices.

The role requires strong software leadership, deep LLM knowledge, and fluency in Greek and English to collaborate across the global team.

Qualifications

4+ years building and running production software.
Fluent understanding of how LLMs are architected and behave.
Solid experience in SQL, Python and event-driven design.
Experience shipping LLM-powered features and their observability.
Experience with Cloud platforms (ideally GCP).
Experience leading and owning complex and ambiguous projects from ideation to completion/maintenance.
Experience providing technical oversight and mentoring colleagues.
Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English.

Responsibilities

Own the design, delivery, and improvement of AI agents and LLM-powered products.
Integrate new models into the platform and build benchmarks to evaluate them.
Own agent real-time observability.
Ship the production backend behind the agents and supporting platform.
Bring intuition about LLM architecture and its impact on agent architecture.
Grow the AI function by defining practices, improving reviews, and mentoring.
