Job summary

Sword Health seeks a Senior ML Engineer, AI Solutions (Greek-speaking) to design and deliver AI agents and LLM-powered features in a remote Greece team. You will integrate new models, build benchmarks, and ensure observability while shaping our AI platform and practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and running production software.

What you’ll be doing

What you need to have

• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level.

What we would love to see

• Experience with voice agents, telephony, STTs, TTSs and latency budgets;
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain;
• Experience designing experiments and reading their results correctly;
• Experience serving several clients from one codebase.
