Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of AI/ML engineering experience with production LLM work you can speak to directly.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant frameworks for AI/ML.
• Experience working with unstructured data at scale is a must.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services across AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver LLM-powered features for clinical insights from patient data.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines for medical records.
• Work with vector databases for fast retrieval across clinical datasets.
• Collaborate with clinical advisors and product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture.
