Job summary

Busuu, part of the Chegg family, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to build agentic AI systems powering adaptive learning experiences. You will own end-to-end ML workflows, from data pipelines to production inference, with emphasis on LLMs, RAG, and multi-step reasoning in production environments.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver impact in an EdTech setting while leveraging LangChain/LangGraph and modern ML tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in machine learning, applied AI, and software engineering.
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Build & scale agentic AI systems powering adaptive learning experiences.
• Architect and integrate LLM-powered features with RAG and evaluation pipelines.
• Lead multi-agent orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph and define tooling patterns.
• Own full ML lifecycle from experimentation to production, including data pipelines and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers and engineers to embed intelligence into products.
