Job summary

Datacontroller Toogeza Ltd. in the United States seeks an ML Engineer to design and deploy high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models for our global ad network. You will work on systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling and help scale a data-rich product.

You will collaborate with leadership to define architecture, monitor model quality, run A/B tests, and communicate complex ideas to non-engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience developing and operating large-scale ad delivery and optimization systems.
• Experience working with CTR/CVR modeling, creative or content understanding, or user behavior modeling.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, C++, or similar.
• Solid grasp of metric design, experimentation methodologies like A/B testing, and large-scale data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models powering ad ranking and recommendations.
• Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behaviour modelling.
• Monitor model quality, calibrate predictions, and address data drift and delayed feedback.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders in an accessible, outcome-focused way.
