Job summary

Datacontroller Toogeza Ltd. is seeking a data-driven ML engineer to join our ad-tech platform. You will help design, implement, and optimize CTR/CVR models that drive ranking and recommendations using rich first-party data at global scale.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape the architecture, improve model quality, and ensure measurable impact across iGaming, Forex, and beyond, while communicating complex ideas to non-engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• An MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience developing and operating large-scale ad delivery and optimization systems.
• Experience working with CTR/CVR modeling, creative or content understanding, or user behavior modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Solid grasp of metric design, experimentation methods (A/B testing), and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models powering ad ranking and recommendations.
• Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behaviour modelling for accurate engagement predictions.
• Monitor model quality, calibrate predictions, address data drift and delayed feedback for reliability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-engineering stakeholders with outcome focus.
