Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years in ads delivery systems.
• Experience building large-scale, low-latency backend systems with Java/Go/Scala.
• Proven track record on mission-critical pipelines with fault tolerance and idempotency.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize budget pacing controllers and forecasting models.
• Lead backend integration of GenAI models for asset generation.
• Build scalable experimentation infrastructure including A/B testing and holdouts.
• Architect and maintain high-throughput billing pipelines with billions of events.
• Guide multi-quarter technical roadmaps and mentor senior engineers.
