You will provide technical leadership across backend architecture, integration, and data-driven iteration on spend and performance trade-offs, mentoring engineers in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve pacing controllers to smooth spend across time zones and traffic spikes while maintaining stable marketplace delivery.
• Drive backend integration of Generative AI models to automate production of high-performing image and video assets aligned to campaign goals.
• Build and scale infrastructure for rapid experimentation including A/B testing and long-term holdouts to evaluate marketplace impact on advertiser ROI.
• Architect and operate high-throughput billing pipelines processing billions of events with accuracy and real-time financial reconciliation.
• Analyze financial and marketplace datasets to optimize spend velocity vs advertiser performance using experimentation outcomes.
