Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist III – Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team. You will design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents, working with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to craft state-of-the-art generative AI products that improve customer experiences.

The role requires a Master’s degree in CS/AI (PhD preferred) and 5+ years in applied research or software engineering, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Applied Research and/or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems using Generative AI methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to create Generative AI products.
• Ensure alignment with State-of-the-Art practices across AI & ML teams.
• Support Responsible AI & Model Validation to promote ethical AI deployment.
