Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a passionate Machine Learning Data Scientist III – Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team. You will design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents and collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to bring innovative AI products to life.

The role requires a Master's degree, 5+ years of applied research or software engineering, and strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in applied research or software engineering.
• Experience with Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems using Generative AI methods.
• Experience with Generative AI toolkits and standards (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, ADK, A2A).
• Strong knowledge of ML, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to build AI products.
• Ensure alignment with state-of-the-art AI/ML practices and Responsible AI standards.
