Job summary

Fractile is seeking a Senior ML Compiler Engineer to help build the compiler stack for our AI acceleration hardware. Based in Bristol or London, you will collaborate with hardware, runtime, and ML engineers to push the performance of the latest LLMs on our chips.

You’ll design and implement compiler optimisations, contribute to IR lowering, and define execution models for scalable inference at speed. A strong background in ML compilers and systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing ML compiler stacks (MLIR/TVM).
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture and optimisations.
• Experience in hardware-software co-design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop the machine learning compiler stack for Fractile's AI acceleration hardware.
• Enable industry-leading performance of the latest LLMs on Fractile's accelerators.
• Collaborate with hardware, driver/runtime, and ML teams to shape the execution model.
