Fractile in the Bristol/London area is seeking a Senior ML Compiler Engineer to join the core compiler stack for our AI accelerators. You will design, implement and optimize MLIR/TVM-based compilation flows to speed up large language models.

You will collaborate with hardware, driver runtime and ML teams in a fast-paced startup, shaping architecture and performance from first principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing machine learning compilers.
• Strong understanding of compiler technologies and ML techniques.
• Hands-on with performance optimization for ML workloads.
