Job summary

Arm Limited, within the CTML team, seeks an experienced ML Algorithm Developer to advance ML workloads on ARM compute platforms. You will work on algorithm design, optimization and software integration across CPU/GPU/NPUs, contributing to hardware-aware methods and scalable ML systems.

The role requires experience with large DL models, Python-based software, and knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch in GPU-rich environments. Arm offers hybrid work and extensive R&D opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML algorithm development and/or optimization environment.
• Master or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficient in computer architecture, basic HW/SW design.
• Developing and working with large software systems in Python.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Training large deep learning models on GPU-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of current and future ML workloads on ARM compute platforms with a focus on performance, power, and area.
• Architectural exploration requiring joint hardware, software and algorithm development, including prototyping to validate features.
• Develop hardware-aware optimization algorithms to run state-of-the-art networks on ARM platforms (CPU/GPU/NPUs).
